Pomegranate & Pear Kale Slaw

We served this yummy Pomegranate & Pear Kale Slaw at the “Make a Wish” event last Thursday evening. Crunchy fresh organic Kale, organic pomegranate seeds, a creamy Balsamic dipped Wisconsin Sartori Sarveccio Cheese, Organic Roasted and Sea Salted Pecans, Hickory Smoked Nitrate free bacon snippettes, and Salad Girl Organic Pomegranate Pear Salad Dressing. We weren’t the only yummy bite at this fun yet important social event. The beautiful kitchen venues in the showrooms at all inc. in St. Paul were full of local flavors including a tasty and unique little variety of the prettiest cupcakes ever from Cup Cake, great little roasted tomatoe and fresh pesto bites from Crave, cake decorating with pastry chef extrordinare Jessica from Jessica’s Cakes, a sampling of fresh fruit vinegars from Vinaigrette, wine tastings of local and regional wines, Pastureland Farm Dog Blue cheese, plates of roasted pork and dijon mashers… and local chefs galore!
The event was a smashing success and the ” Make A Wish Foundation” was able to grant all three wishes to three brave and deserving kids! Thank you to everyone who attended.
