A Shindig Worthy Autumn Salad!
Sunday we enjoyed a wonderful event celebrating the opening of Minnesota’s 3rd Whole Foods Market located in Minnetonka — music, great food, face painting, and bouncers for the kids! We served about 500 salads to happy attendees and promised the recipe! Enjoy!

Great idea for a culinary event. The salads must have tasted great. You sure have seen some happy faces. I will put on a happy face next weekend, because by then I will have all the ingredients needed to try this recipe. I would like to open a market, like the one mentioned above in Poland.
