To Roast  Walnuts, Pecans, Hazelnuts, Cashews, Almonds:

Preheat your oven to 270 degrees.

Place 4 cups of whole nuts in a mixing bowl.  Add 1/4 teaspoon olive oil and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (pepper or other spice).  Toss together, and spread out on shallow baking pan.  Roast for 50-60 minutes stirring occasionally. Low and slow for these precious little nuggets of yum!
