Thank You so much for your sweet compliments! We are sooo glad you love the dressings! You sound like a natural born sales person! We are also so happy we are in New York City!!! We are actually kind of amazed! I am just getting the list from the distributor who takes us to the different stores-we don’t naturally find out very quickly, but we are working on communication. I will definitely post this location and I would love to write about your co-op, its neighborhood,products that they carry, and if they are sampling it at the store? If you know anyone who would like to demo our products in the store, please let me know? The more it sells the more the store will bring in the other flavors! I noticed that you did not include the Niskayuna Food Co-op in your list of locations…that is where I fell in love with your product, and I am surely going to sing your praises to anyone who will listen..already used one of your salad suggestions for the curry and fig dressing, and served it to a bunch of picky eaters last night, and there was not a morsel left on the platter…everyone asked for the recipe, so I know you have eight more fans….Thak you, thank you, thank you!!!

Pepitas are pumpkin seeds. Sometimes the word refers to the inside kernel of the pumpkin seed but can also be the entire un-hulled seed. Pepitas are popular in Mexico and they are typically toasted and eaten as a snack. They are also the key ingredient in “pipian” a type of mole [moh-LAY]. Thank You!!!
